The Nissan Altima is offered in front-wheel and all-wheel drive powered by a 2.5L 4-cylinder that produces 188 horsepower mated to a CVT transmission. The Altima is available in multiple trims the SV, SR, and SL in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive while the S trim is only available in the front-wheel configuration. Safety features on all trims include lane departure warnings, forward collision mitigation, pedestrian detection prevention and a driver attention alert. All trims also have a blind spot warning system, rear collision mitigation and parking sensors.
